Top Ten Characters Who Make Great Leaders

Hey Everyone! There’s this ongoing ‘Top Ten Tuesday‘ trend in the book community.  This week, October 24: Top Ten Characters Who Would Make Great Leaders (Leaders of what? That’s your decision. Who could lead a country, an army, a book club, a classroom, etc. Or maybe characters that would be trendsetters?)I’m soo excited to see what you and everyone else has in their list. So without further ado, heres mine.

Top Ten Characters Who Would Make Great Leaders of a Country:

  1. Eddard Stark from Game of Thrones. He died in the name of the Truth.
  2. Edward Cullen from Twilight. Mind reader, duh!
  3. Jace Herondale from The Mortal Instruments. Plotted with Sebastian very successfully.
  4. Jane from My Lady Jane. Smart, Fair and a Visionary.
  5. Professor McGonagall from Harry Potter. Need I even explain?

Top Ten Characters Who Would Make Great Leaders of a Book Club:

  1. Will Herondale from The Infernal Devices. We always found him in the library.
  2. Rhysand from A Court Of Mist And Fury. He taught Feyre how to read + has a room full of books!
  3. Belle from Beauty and the Beast. Pushed through society’s barrier on women’s education.
  4. Hermione Granger from Harry Potter. Cause duh!

This was soo much fun for me to round up! I ended up with a lot more than what I was planning! This post links to The Broke and the Bookish

  1. I LOVE the twist you chose for this topic. I’ve been reading these posts all day long and I am so inspired. I honestly agree with all of them. Isn’t this topic super exciting?
I was on hiatus for the entire month of November when I was supposed to write about this fantastic topic on leaders, so I missed it. But I ended up writing it anyway with my own twist and posting it on the blog weeks later. I couldn’t pass the opportunity!

My topic is Leaders of a Bank Robbery Operation, LOL. ❤

    Here’s my belated TTT!

      1. I’m not a Twilight fan at all. I think the books teach a lot of horrible things like encouraging girls to kill themselves if their bfs leave them and making the main character a person that can’t live without her crush. I’ve got a lot of problems with the book but each to her own🤗💕

        1. I totally get where ur coming from. But i guess we all take from it something different. For me, I just focused on the story telling and the overall vibe. Even though I disagree with a lot of what was presented, like what u mentioned, I just chose to focus on the other stuff and enjoy the story! 😀 Anyway, I love ur thoughts! it’s nice to find someone who is different, we end up having awesome discussions that way! 💕

  2. Okay now I mentally have the four of them in a book club together and it is the best thing ever. Belle and Hermione do not have similar views on literature. This was great.

  3. Brilliant list! Hermione would be amazing as a leader of a book club! I bet she’d pick some awesome books. Professor McGonagall would be amazing as a leader of the country. A natural leader!
