7cbb6fdb5ca33bfa9462d8dc8747e3b6Stress Month!! Stresss month! This month has been nothing but stressful for me!! I really hated this January. Absolutely and completely hated it. Why? Because January 18 marked my one year anniversary since I graduated college. And do you know what that means? It means that it has officially been a full year of my unemployment status. One.Full.Year. So I’ve been completely freaking out over what to do with my life. I honestly just don’t even know.
One good thing to come out of this horrible, wretched January is my eye surgery. On Wednesday, 24 January to be exact, I got my eyes corrected. Finally. So no more glasses or contact lenses for me.

  1. So sorry about the stress! I hope that February has been much better. I also hope your eyes are healing well. I’m amazed at how many books you read.

  2. um 46 books is amazing even with having surgery! Seriously AMAZING!!! Pat yourself on the back please!

I hope you are healing well! I would love to be able to not use glasses but I’m terrified of putting or doing anything to my eye. Like I won’t even use contacts, I’m so scared lol.

But anyway, major hugs. I actually didn’t finish my degree but sometimes I wish I was back in the classroom where my only worry was my homework.

I hope you have an amazing February!

    1. Thank you!! Who knew that all I had to do to read so much is to super stress and go blind for a day. Who knew!? 😂😅
Honestly, best decision of my life. I have no regrets whatsoever. I don’t even know where my glasses are.
Girl! I get you. I don’t like other people doing anything in that area. Like when I used to get my makeup done by someone, I didn’t let them touch my eyes. Which was stupid cause most of the makeup happens there!! I wasn’t really mentally prepared for it. I didn’t research it at all. So I was constantly worrying even though there was nothing to worry about. They use anesthetics so you won’t feel a thing. In case you do decide to one day, don’t worry. It only took 20 minutes. And stressing for 20 mins for no glasses for 20+ years or 40+ years. That’s cool.
Again, thank you so much for your awesome comment. I’ll check out ur blog! 💗💗

  3. Sorry to hear your struggling with employment. Hope you can get into something suitable. And, again, happy your eye surgery went well.
46 books was great reading! Keep on with Happy Reading!
